This Thursday, September 12th, at 7:00 pm all Ambrose parents are invited to go back to school. “Back to School Night” communicates the shared goals of the school and teachers. This enables parents to work together with their teachers to make the school year a success for their student.
Parents meet in the gym at 7:00 pm to hear important updates from administration and board leadership. At 7:45 pm they are excused to the classrooms to hear a brief presentation from each teacher (K – 3 will be “open house” style). These presentations help parents more clearly understand the goals and expectations for their child in the coming school year. They will also learn more details about what material will be covered during the year.
Parents will be given a classroom map and schedule to help them make it to their “classes” on time. Childcare will be available from the Junior class as a fundraiser for their senior trip (please RSVP to ajohnson@theambroseschool.org).
