The Ambrose Annual Fund is the school’s giving program. It is the most immediate way for family and friends to support our students. These funds directly influence a generation of students to know, love and serve Christ.
The Annual Fund helps with the daily operation of the school, including teacher professional development, fine arts, technology and athletics as well as an unrestricted fund to help wherever the need is the greatest.

SECURITIES
We happily accept gifts of publicly traded securities. Please contact us at development@theambroseschool.org or (208) 323-3888 before transferring shares of stock to the school so that we can immediately identify you as the donor of those shares.
By giving appreciated long-term publicly traded securities (held more than 12 months) directly to The Ambrose School, you may receive a charitable income tax deduction for the full value of the stock. Gifts of securities are valued on the day you relinquish control of the assets to Ambrose. None of the appreciation is taxable for capital gains purposes. Be sure to consult with your tax advisor for details.
ESTATE PLANNING
You may also support our school through your will or estate plan. Gifts made through your will or living trust can provide considerable future tax benefits, which allow more of your assets to pass to those you care about. DONATE A VEHICLE
You can donate a car, boat, RV, jet skis, camp trailer, or ??? to the school by using CarEasy.org. Simply click the link below, fill out the information, and CarEasy will do the rest. They will pick up your vehicle, sell it, then send you a tax receipt letter. CarEasy, however, retains about 50% of the selling price, so if you would like to get the highest value we recommend selling it yourself and donating proceeds to the school.
GIFTS IN MEMORY OR TO HONOR
Each year, The Ambrose School receives gifts in memory of or to honor classmates, parents, teachers, students, and friends. When memorial or honoring gifts are received, we notify the family.
EMPLOYER MATCHING GIFTS
Many corporations offer matching gift programs for employees and their families. Most programs match on a dollar per dollar basis. A matching gift can often double or triple your gift to the school! Ask your employer if your company participates in this program.
